Where can I learn about the Substitute Competency Framework?

First click on Resources in the navigation bar.

Once on the Resources page, scroll down to the "Competency Framework" section and click on the Explore Competency Framework button.

This will take you to a page where you can read about the framework.
If you scroll to the bottom of the page you will also find a blue download button where you can access the entire Competency Framework to read about in more detail.
