How do I set a learning goal?

Click on Resources in the navigation bar.

Scroll to the bottom and click on Set and Reflect on a Learning Goal button.

Watch an introductory video that will outline the importance of setting learning goals and how to make your own, using the Sub Competency Framework.
If you need examples of goals that other subs have made, you can also find those on this page.

Lastly, click on the Create my monthly learning goal button. This will take you to a Google form to complete.
After submitting the form, you will receive an email copy of your response.
